The body of this atlas manual pasta machine is comprised of nickel-plated and chrome-plated steel in a black finish for long-term resistance to corrosion. It features flat rollers for making dough sheets and an easily removable cutting plate that makes two different kinds of pasta: spaghetti and fettuccine. The opening between the flat rollers is also controlled by a numbered regulating knob with nine positions for a variety in pasta thickness. The handle and clamp for the machine are plastic for easy gripping and cleaning.
